About Us

    Our names are Tim and Flo Rempel and we are the owners of Rockweld Farm in Abbotsford, B.C.  We have a farm store on our farm.  We raise chicken and eggs, their feed is supplied from Canadian Organic Feed Ltd.  Our chickens are free-roam in our barns.  Our birds are humanely treated and are non-medicated and are
raised with these 5 freedoms:

1. Freedom from hunger and thirst
2. Freedom from pain, injury and disease
3. Freedom from distress
4. Freedom from discomfort
5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being

     Canadian Organic Feed Ltd. is in Chilliwack, B.C.  The feed consists of wheat, corn, soybean meal, limestone, flaxseed meal and minerals. Our birds are processed at a local plant that is federally inspected.
    We sell our eggs and chicken, whole or pieced, sausages, pot pies, Jamaican patties, smoked/brined birds and pieces, chicken summer sausage, pepperoni and bone stock from our store right at our farm.  We have many longtime local customers from all over the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
